About Me

My name is Justin Le , I am a 4th Year Computer Engineering student at University of California. I am always striving to become a better person, whether it be academically or in my own personal development. Ever since getting to college, I have worked several different jobs in order to pay my bills so that I could move away from home to get the best academic experience possible. While my GPA is not very high (cum GPA: 3.33), I have gone out of my way to develop my technical skills through my research position and side projects. When I am not doing school work or working on a project I like to relax with video games, working out, hanging out with friends, cooking and/or reading fantasy books. My favorite video game is "Stardew Valley" and the book I am currently reading is "The Way of Kings" by Brandon Sanderson! I also enjoy giving back to the community which is why I join Alpha Phi Omega - ΑΦΩ - the National Co-ed Service Fraternity.

This webpage is still being updated/created in my free time so there is still a lot to add while I learn more about html/css/javascript.

Software Projects

Data Visuals
Fun series of mini side projects that showcase some data visualizations I made using Python. I am am still working on optimizing some of the code and of course adding more visuals as I come across interesting data. See @ https://github.com/lejh1/data_visuals

Risc-V Processor
This project was assigned to us in my computer organization class. The goal of this project was to implement a fully functional Single Cycle Risc-V Processor then a Pipelined version for our final project that can handle data/control hazards and forwarding. This project was written in SystemVerilog and synthesized using Synopsys.

ZotClicker
This small coding project is a "Cookie Clicker" style UCI inspired game, done for HackUCI 2018. "A hackathon is a place where the only thing limiting what you build is your own creativity - we'll provide the rest. Stay up for 36 hours with the smartest people you'll ever meet and building the coolest things you have created." This project was made more for fun than for the competition as my coding skills are not that developed. I will say that this was an insanely entertaining project because my team and I were able to just create something unique yet full of laughs the whole time.
